Alina Ha

Alina Ha is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as Manager of the Medium Touch Customer Success Team at Cloudflare since March 2020. Alina leads a team dedicated to supporting high-growth MidMarket customers and achieving their desired outcomes through value-driven engagement. Previously, in roles such as Chief of Staff to the VP of EMEA Customer Success and Strategic Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, Alina focused on understanding customers' strategic priorities and improving internal processes. Prior work experience includes key account management at Zencargo and account management at KTZ Express, along with co-founding ABC Operations and founding FORTY studio. Alina holds a BSc in Logistics from Aston University and a Master's degree in Business Innovation with E-business from Birkbeck, University of London.
