Andy Chow

Andy Chow currently serves as Vice President of Accounting Operations at Cloudflare since July 2024. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Vice President, Finance Transformations and Systems at Activision Blizzard from July 2021 to June 2024, where Andy led key initiatives including the Finance Day 1 Close and the integration associated with the Microsoft acquisition. Andy's experience includes leadership roles at PwC in Mainland China and Hong Kong, where Andy directed Finance Management Consulting, and at Universal Pictures, where Andy established a finance transformation office. Andy has significant consulting experience from earlier roles at PwC, Ernst & Young, Accenture, and Oracle. Andy earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from The George Washington University School of Business.
