Barbara Garza

Barbara Garza currently serves as the Head of Planning & Strategy for Business Intelligence at Cloudflare, where responsibilities include conceptualizing comprehensive IT roadmaps and managing capacity planning for over 50 IT team members. Prior to this role, Barbara held various positions at Cloudflare, including IT Senior Manager of Operations & Strategy and IT Business Operations Manager, where significant contributions involved developing a balanced scorecard model and overseeing annual operating planning. As an Independent Consultant, Barbara focused on strategy and product development, notably restructuring a multi-organizational initiative in Colombia that secured $2M in funding. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Digital Projects at Texas Service Life, directing the creation of web-based insurance applications, and Program Director at the Alvaralice Foundation, where Barbara facilitated high-profile symposiums on peacebuilding and restorative justice. Barbara holds a BA in Fine Arts and History from Harvard University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
