Bill Jin is currently the Head of Technical Program Management at Cloudflare since December 2022 and serves as a Board Member at AUSTIN GREAT WALL CHINESE SCHOOL AGWCS since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Bill accumulated extensive experience at Microsoft from March 2010 to December 2022, holding various positions including Biz Apps Lead for Global Partner Solutions, Principal Program Manager at Azure Global Asia, Director of Product Marketing for Azure, and Director of Sales for SMS&P in China. Bill also worked as Licensing Sales Manager at Oracle from October 2006 to July 2011 and served as a Senior Market Development Consultant at IBM from November 1999 to September 2006. Bill Jin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Fudan University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
