Brian Cook

Brian Cook has extensive experience in deal management and channel program strategy, having held leadership roles at several prominent technology companies, including Oracle America, Inc., Cloudflare, Twilio, Red Hat, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At Oracle, Brian served as Director of Channel Programs for the Hospitality Global Business Unit and as a key advisor on deal velocity during mergers and acquisitions. In subsequent roles at Twilio and Red Hat, Brian managed teams focused on contract strategy and negotiation, ensuring compliance and margin retention. Currently, as Senior Manager at Cloudflare, Brian leads a global team responsible for contract strategy and deal management across all lines of business. Brian holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Buffalo State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
