Carly Ramsey

Carly Ramsey is an experienced professional in public policy and risk management, currently serving as the Director and Head of Asia Pacific, Japan and China Public Policy at Cloudflare since January 2022. Previously, Carly held the position of Director at Control Risks from June 2016 to December 2021, where advice was given to executive leaders on China-related risks and mitigation strategies. Carly's expertise also encompasses an Associate Director role at both Control Risks and APCO Worldwide, where services were provided to clients on market entry and corporate communications in China. Earlier experiences include an internship at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing and a Deputy Clerk position at the United States District Court. Carly holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Policy and International Security from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western University.
