Caroline Walters

Caroline Walters is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as Senior HRBP at Cloudflare since October 2025, Caroline previously held the position of Senior HR Manager APAC at Twilio, providing strategic HR support across Go-To-Market, R&D, and G&A functions. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Director APAC at MIMS Pte Ltd and People and Culture Director EMEA at PR Newswire, along with experience as People Adviser at Virgin. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liverpool Hope University, as well as pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in CIPD from the University of West London.
