Colleen Lyons

Colleen Lyons is a seasoned leader in employee and labor relations, currently serving as the Global Employee Relations Leader at Cloudflare since 2024. They previously held senior roles at Amazon Web Services, DoorDash, and Hillshire Brands, among others, where they specialized in employee relations, workplace investigations, and labor compliance. Colleen's extensive experience includes significant roles in HR execution excellence and labor relations across various industries. They are pursuing a J.D. in Labor and Employment from DePaul University College of Law while studying for a B.A. in English at the University of Illinois.
