David Krone

David Krone is a seasoned attorney specializing in cybersecurity, privacy, and information governance. They have served as a Senior Privacy Counsel at Cloudflare since 2022 and previously worked as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP from 2016 to 2022, where they advised clients on data security, breach response, and information governance. David's earlier experiences include legal internships at the ACLU and Electronic Frontier Foundation, where they contributed to significant litigation and research on digital privacy issues. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
