Elisa Lorber

Elisa Lorber has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Program Advisor and Advisor EMEA on the People Team at Cloudflare since June 2021. Prior to this role, Elisa worked at Interhyp Gruppe from 2018 to 2021 focusing on HR projects and labor relations. Experience also includes positions at Lidl International where Elisa specialized in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and participated in an International HR Trainee Program. Earlier career roles involved talent management at tts - knowledge matters. and corporate responsibility at Tchibo, as well as human resources at Rocket Internet SE in 2011. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Economics & Culture Studies from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor's degree in International Culture & Business Studies from Universität Passau, with additional educational experience at Stellenbosch University.
