Frank Wagner

Frank Wagner serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services at Cloudflare since June 2024, overseeing Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, People Analytics, and HR Operations. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at Cloudflare and previously led the Global Compensation team at Google from May 2016 to April 2024. Frank's earlier experience at Google includes serving as Director of Compensation from 2007 to 2016. Frank began a career in compensation consulting at Hewitt Associates, where a partnership was established from 1986 to 2007. Frank earned both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
