Gordon White brings extensive experience in customer support leadership across multiple regions and companies. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Support for EMEA at Cloudflare since November 2020, Gordon has previously held significant roles, including Director of Customer Support at One Identity and EMEA Support Director at Dell Software Group. Gordon's career also includes impactful positions as VP Support for EMEA & APAC at Quest Software and various leadership roles at Oracle, where responsibilities included directing US and European customer support for Siebel Systems. Educationally, Gordon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West London, complemented by foundational studies at Loudoun Academy in Scotland.
