Heather Orsi

Heather Orsi serves as the Director of Strategic Finance & Investor Relations at Cloudflare, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Orsi was the VP of Finance & Operations at ConsenSys from 2018 to 2019 and held multiple positions at Audacy Corporation from 2015 to 2018, including Board Secretary and VP of Finance & Operations. Orsi also worked as VP of Finance & Business Development at Perfekt Beauty in 2014-2015, a Private Equity Associate at Encore Consumer Capital from 2012 to 2014, and began their career in investment banking with positions at Harris Williams & Co. and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. Orsi holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Communications from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
