Jazmin Diaz serves as the Chief of Staff for Global Customer Services at Cloudflare since April 2025 and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Flourish as of September 2024. Previously, Jazmin held positions at Alteryx as Chief of Staff for Global Customer Experience from February 2021 to June 2024 and at Rubrik, Inc. as Program Manager for Customer Services, along with serving as Founder & Chair of the ¡Adelante! Jazmin's career began in the Sunnyvale School District, where responsibilities included Site Operations Lead, Administrative Assistant, and Community Liaison from April 2000 to December 2012, and included a role as Summer Youth Instructor for the City of Sunnyvale between July 2001 and July 2004. Notable achievements also include a position as Sr. Executive Assistant at Palo Alto Networks from January 2013 to February 2019, alongside co-founding SMILE.
