Jon Rangel

Jon Rangel is currently a Field Engineering Leader at Cloudflare, where they focus on building customer-facing technical teams to enhance the developer experience with the Cloudflare Developer Platform. In 2025, they will continue to serve as a Senior Director of Technical Success at Cloudflare. Previously, Jon was a Vice President at MongoDB, leading the development of Professional Services and driving customer success through various innovative service offerings. They also have extensive experience in software engineering from their tenure at Ensoft, where they contributed significantly to networking software for Cisco Systems. Jon began their career in a Technical Graduate Program at Orange, where they gained foundational experience in telecom infrastructure.
