Judy Cheong is currently a Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Programs Lead at Cloudflare since March 2018. Previously, Judy worked as the @WomEng Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Twitter from 2010 to 2015. At Twitter, Judy partnered with hiring managers to improve diversity recruiting strategies and developed professional development programs for female engineers. Prior to Twitter, Judy was a University Recruiter at Google where Judy built relationships with various universities and managed technical recruiting processes for new grads and interns. Judy holds a BA in International Relations, Chinese, and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
