Kyle Krum

Kyle Krum is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Cloudflare since April 2020, Kyle leads product teams focused on Email Security, WARP, and Secure Web Gateway functionalities within Cloudflare One, contributing to the development of a leading SASE solution. Prior to Cloudflare, Kyle spent over two decades at Microsoft in various roles, including Principal Program Manager for Surface Applied Science, where innovations in AI were transformed into impactful software experiences for Windows and Office. Kyle also held key positions in the Windows team, focusing on areas such as Windows Settings, the Safety Platform, and Windows Hello, where the first version of facial recognition algorithms was developed. Kyle’s career began as a Test Lead, managing testing teams for Windows Networking and Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
