Leonor Burmester

Leonor Burmester serves as a Program Manager on the Legal team at Cloudflare, where they focus on building scalable systems and processes to support the company’s legal, policy, and regulatory goals globally. Previously, Leonor was a Public Policy Intern at Cloudflare and a Trainee at GOVWISE®. They hold a Master’s degree in Governance and Law in Digital Society from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Universidade do Minho. With a strong background in EU policy and a passion for digital rights, Leonor thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity to complex challenges.
