Mandy Chi currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, where responsibilities include acting as a point of escalation for over 80 enterprise customers in the Greater China region and managing their post-sales experience to ensure customer retention and identify expansion opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Vision Critical, where Mandy managed a portfolio of 50+ enterprise accounts and facilitated partner communications to enhance satisfaction, and positions at Toluna, AIP New York Co., LTD., and AIP Corporation Headquarters, where project management and client relations were key focuses. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Architectural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has additional educational experience from International Christian University.
