Marisa Gonçalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Team Advisor at Cloudflare since April 2022. Prior to this role, Marisa contributed as a People Development Partner at PHC Software, where responsibilities included supporting leadership in managing employee development, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Marisa's prior positions include Human Resources Consultant at Bright Concept, where oversight of a nationwide training project for a prominent fuel retail company was executed, and HR Consultant Trainee at Conceito O2, focusing on training project planning. Marisa began a career in the industry at CONTACT Armatis-lc as a Backoffice Assistant and Contact Center Agent.
