Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Cloudflare since August 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Alto Pharmacy. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Uber as Senior Manager and Manager within Strategic Finance, and at Goldman Sachs as Vice President in Asset Management, where responsibilities included investments in the U.S. Matthew started a career in finance as an Analyst in TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, recognized for exceptional technical skills and complex financial modeling. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Southern California.
