Mona Hadidi is an accomplished professional in customer success management with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing customer relationships. Currently, Mona serves as the Manager of Customer Success for Enterprise East at Cloudflare, with a progression of roles that includes Principal, Strategic, and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Prior to Cloudflare, Mona held the position of Head of Customer Success at Qordoba and contributed as the first Customer Success Manager at Kahuna, a Sequoia-backed startup. Earlier career experiences include roles at Rauxa, Google, and various positions within the sales domain. Mona holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Stanford University and has also studied at the University of Oxford, along with completing high school at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi and Memorial High School.
