Naomi Anthonio, CSM, ICP-ACC is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as a TPM/Scrum Leader at Cloudflare since January 2025. Previously, Naomi held the role of Technical Agile Delivery Lead and Jira Administrator at Simpler Trading from February 2021 to January 2025, where over 300 Scrum events were facilitated across globally distributed teams, and workshops were conducted to develop detailed user stories for enhanced product requirements. Prior experience includes serving as an Aviation Planner/Product Owner at T-O Engineers, where requirements for airport facilities were gathered to assist construction planning, and as an Aviation Planner at DY Consultants, specializing in obstructions surveys and analysis for runways using AutoCAD. Naomi began a career in aviation with an internship at Little Rock National Airport, contributing to various operational tasks and research. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Environmental Studies from St. John’s University.
