Patrick Nemeroff

Patrick Nemeroff serves as the Senior Director and Senior Associate General Counsel at Cloudflare, overseeing the Risk, Litigation, and Employment team since December 2019. This role involves managing litigation, addressing complex law enforcement requests, government investigations, and other legal disputes while providing guidance on intermediary liability and employment issues. Prior to Cloudflare, Patrick held multiple legal positions at the U.S. Department of Justice from September 2010 to November 2019, including Attorney on the Appellate Staff within the Civil Division and Trial Attorney in the Federal Programs Branch. Additionally, Patrick gained experience as a Law Clerk for Honorable William Fletcher at the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit and worked as a Consultant at Dean & Company from September 2003 to June 2006. Patrick holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy from Yale University.
