Scott Jones

Scott Jones is an experienced instructional designer and learning development consultant with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator at Cloudflare, Inc. since June 2018, Scott focuses on designing and developing e-learning and blended solutions for the customer support department. As a Senior Instructional Designer since January 2007, Scott has provided consulting services for curriculum development and LMS implementation across various organizations. Previous roles include Manager of Training & Development at Fitbit, where Scott expanded the international training program significantly, and leadership positions at Pacific Pulmonary Services and Genentech, among others, focusing on curriculum design and instructional strategy. Scott holds an MA in Writing from the University of San Francisco, a BA in Liberal Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and two AAs in Humanities and Liberal Arts & Sciences from the College of Marin.
