Sei Jozaki

Sei Jozaki currently serves as the Head of SEC Reporting at Cloudflare since December 2019, having previously held the position of Senior Manager SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting. Prior to Cloudflare, Jozaki worked at NetApp from November 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included the preparation of technical accounting memos, maintenance of global accounting policies, and completion of the ASC 842 implementation project, which had a significant balance sheet impact. Jozaki also prepared SEC filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Earlier experience includes roles at EY from October 2010 to November 2016, where engagement management involved providing assurance on financial statements for various public and private issuers across diverse industries. Jozaki holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from San José State University.
