Sharad Goyal is an experienced business leader with a strong background in human resources and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Partners for APAC at Cloudflare since December 2020, Sharad has previously held significant roles including Advisor at Flexi Salary, Angel Investor and Board Member at Unnati Online, and Executive Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at R/GA. With a notable tenure as VP and Global Head of Human Resources at Zomato, Sharad led a rapid expansion during critical growth phases. Prior experience includes leading human resources for Google in India and China, and for Yum! Brands and Accenture. Sharad holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
