Shilah Piggott

Shilah Piggott currently serves as the Global Head of Commercial Solutions at Cloudflare, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Shilah held various senior leadership roles at Twilio, overseeing significant aspects of deal strategy and business operations, including pricing support and governance for the deal life cycle. Shilah expanded teams and transformed business processes at both Twilio and Red Hat, successfully scaling operations and enhancing efficiency. Additional experience includes senior roles at Veritas Technologies and Oracle, where Shilah managed large teams and focused on sales operations, forecasting, and business transformation. Shilah began a career in technical sales support at Compaq, providing project management and coordination for large-scale systems integration projects.
