Stacey Cunningham

Stacey Cunningham has over 25 years of experience in leading financial market institutions, including the New York Stock Exchange, where they served as President and COO. During their tenure, Cunningham oversaw significant innovations in capital markets, such as the development of Direct Listings. They are currently an Operating Partner at Advent International and serve on the Board of Directors for both the New York Stock Exchange and Cloudflare, while also advising for Georgetown University's Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy. Cunningham's commitment to advancing board diversity and capital markets innovation has made them a passionate advocate for companies and investors before regulators and lawmakers. They earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
