Tamara Lawrence

Tamara Lawrence, CEP, currently serves as an Account Manager and Team Lead at Stock & Option Solutions since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing stock administration operations, developing strategies, and participating in merger and acquisition due diligence. Previous roles include Sr. Compensation Consultant at Vanderbilt University and Equity Compensation Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., where Tamara managed end-to-end administration of compensation and equity plans, facilitated compliance, and implemented improvements to HR processes. Tamara's extensive experience includes positions at Wachovia, where compensation solutions were designed and market pricing was conducted, along with HRIS roles at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Worldspan. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University.
