Todd Ciampa

Todd Ciampa is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Recruiting for the Americas at Cloudflare, Inc. since April 2020, Todd leads a team of 20 recruiters and sourcers while also executing executive recruiting responsibilities for senior leadership roles. Prior to Cloudflare, Todd held multiple positions at Expedia Group from January 2016 to April 2020, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, focusing on global recruiting for Vrbo and Hotels. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Amherst Holdings, Director of Talent Acquisition at Novotus, and Technical Recruiter at Surrex Consulting, where Todd consistently demonstrated strong performance and leadership. Todd began a career in recruiting as a Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment Partners and also worked as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX. Todd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from California State University San Marcos.
