Tracye Shaw

Tracye Shaw is an accomplished sales and leadership professional with extensive experience in building and scaling sales teams across various industries. Currently serving as Global Head of Sales Enablement & Acceleration at Cloudflare since October 2020, Tracye has played a pivotal role in forming the AMER Commercial MM teams and implementing a channel-first approach. Prior to this, Tracye held leadership positions at realtor.com, RigUp, and HomeAway (now Vrbo), successfully transforming sales strategies and driving significant revenue growth. Tracye has also contributed as a Board Member at Boutiq since May 2021. An alumnus of Trinity University and The University of Texas School of Law, Tracye furthered education with an Executive Accelerator program at Acton School of Business and a Mini MBA from Expedia Leadership Foundations.
