Wouter Vloeberghs

Wouter Vloeberghs is a cybersecurity expert currently serving as the Field CISO for Southern Europe at Cloudflare since July 2025, focusing on enhancing resilience and cybersecurity programs globally. Previously, Wouter held the position of Global CISO at dsm-firmenich from 2023 to 2025, leading cybersecurity initiatives during a major merger across 340 sites in 60 countries. Wouter's experience includes roles at Firmenich, where oversight of the global information security program and digital transformation efforts were key responsibilities, and BT, where leadership of cybersecurity for NATO and various multinational accounts was achieved. Wouter began a career in network security consulting at Ferranti Computer Systems, later developing expertise in event management and promotional activities. Holding qualifications from esteemed institutions, including an Executive Program in Cybersecurity from Harvard University, Wouter combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in cybersecurity.
