Durga Purushothaman

Durga Purushothaman has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in different companies. They started their career at CSS Corp in 2011 as a Senior Quality Analyst and worked there until 2013. In 2014, they joined Opus Software Solutions as an Implementation Engineer and remained in that role until 2016. In 2020, Durga joined Mom Relaunch where they had two positions simultaneously - Salesforce QA and Salesforce Business Analyst. They remained with Mom Relaunch until 2021. Currently, Durga is working at Cloudforia as a Business Analyst, a position they have held since September 2021.

Durga Purushothaman completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from St. Peter's Engineering College from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Durga has obtained several certifications. Durga became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in September 2020. Durga further achieved the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in February 2021. Durga obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in November 2021. In August 2022, they earned the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification. Additionally, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification in May 2022 and became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in December 2022. Durga also holds the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in December 2019. Lastly, in April 2023, they became a Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.
