Grace Victor

Grace Victor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Grace began their career as an Athletics Coach and Outside School Hours Care Educator at Moreton Bay College from 2013 to 2017. Grace then worked at Washington State University Athletics as a Peer Academic Counselor, Scholarship Student Athlete, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Econometric Modelling from 2015 to 2019. During their time there, they also held the positions of Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and Training Facilitator for the 'Behind Happy Faces' mental health and wellbeing program.

In 2019, Grace transitioned to the retail sector and worked as an Assistant Manager at The Athlete's Foot Australia, where they played a key role in managing store operations and organizing community events. Grace then joined Fast Enterprises, LLC as an Implementation Consultant, where they were responsible for configuring and coding functional areas using Visual Basic and developing new databases and tools for the State of Georgia Department of Revenue and Motor Vehicles.

In 2021, Grace joined NuAge Experts as a Salesforce Solutions Consultant, where they provided consulting expertise for Salesforce implementations. Currently, they are working as a Salesforce Engineer at Cloudforia, demonstrating their technical skills in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Throughout their career, Grace has demonstrated a strong work ethic, collaboration skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

Grace Victor completed their education at Washington State University from 2015 to 2019. Grace obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Development Economics and International Development, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems. In 2015, they briefly attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) for a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Business degree, although the field of study is unspecified. Apart from their academic qualifications, Grace also holds several certifications from Salesforce. Grace acquired the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Associate, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) credentials between 2021 and 2023.
