Jorge Morlett has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Jorge currently serves as the Field Technical Sales Director at CloudFrame Inc., where they offer customers solutions to transform mainframe applications into cloud-native Java applications. Morlett's early career includes a role as the CTO at Procesar, where they were responsible for ensuring the availability of technological resources, IT strategy, cost optimization, and budget management. Jorge achieved operational cost reductions through downsizing and data center reallocation.

Jorge Morlett completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in MBA Banking from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ing en Computación (Computer Engineering) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
