Vivek Mangal

Vivek Mangal has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Vivek currently holds the position of Vice President Engineering at CloudFrame Inc., a role they have held since 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as the Engineering & Site Head at Ooyala from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of Software Engineering, QA at Misys from 2014 to 2017. Vivek also worked at VMware as a Senior Manager / Director QE from 2011 to 2014, and at eBay as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2011. Vivek spent a significant part of their career at Microsoft, where they held various Engineering Management positions from 2001 to 2010. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Consulting Engineer at Santa Cruz Operations, a Software Engineer at Lucent Technologies, and a Software Engineer at CDAC. Vivek's extensive experience in engineering and management roles showcases their expertise in the field.

Vivek Mangal completed their education with a Master of Technology degree in Computer Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Vivek pursued this degree from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the College Of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar from 1992 to 1996. Vivek Mangal's secondary education was completed at Bishop Conrad High School between 1986 and 1990. Additionally, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in August 2009.
