Fran began their career as a Project Development Manager at Delfin Grupo in 2003, where they contributed to the development of a project focused on the vehicle rental industry. Fran worked with companies such as ING Renting and Europcar, handling tasks such as project analysis, definition, presentation, and planning.

In 2006, Fran co-founded Doble W | Estudio multimedia, where they served as the CTO. Fran played a key role in the company's multimedia projects, including website and app development.
