Serg Shalavin

Serg Shalavin began their work experience as a Senior System Engineer at OffshoreCreation in 2003. Serg then moved on to BOSSdev as a Senior System Engineer and Team Leader from 2006 to 2010. Serg then returned to OffshoreCreation as a Senior System Engineer and Build Release Engineer from 2010 to 2015. Serg then joined Pilgrim Consulting, Inc as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and DevOps Engineer from 2015 to 2019. Serg then worked at DealerSocket as an Infrastructure Team Lead from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working at UpTeam as a DevOps Tech Lead and at CloudGeometry as a Chief DevOps Architect.

Serg Shalavin completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science at Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Simferopol, from 1994 to 1999. Serg has also obtained several certifications including the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in June 2023, the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022, the Well-Architected Proficient certification from AWS in February 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from AWS in March 2021. Additionally, Serg has certifications as an MCDBA - Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and an MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, without specific information about the obtained months and years for these qualifications.
