Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has been working in the IT industry since 2009. Ryan began their career at Duncan Cotterill as a Senior Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for designing and deploying new IT systems, monitoring and maintaining servers and related software, monitoring and maintaining network and Internet connectivity, and helping maintain records of all equipment and system documentation. In 2015, they joined Cloudhouse as a Technical Manager and Senior Professional Services Consultant. Ryan also worked at HPD Software as a Senior IT Engineer.

Ryan Smith attended Avonmore Technology Academy from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Computer Network Engineering, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 2019, they obtained the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner certification. In 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from AWS.
