Joe Melia

Joe Melia has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Director of Preconstruction at CloudHQ, LLC since September 2021, having previously held positions as Senior Preconstruction Manager and Preconstruction Manager. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Dome Construction from September 2014 to September 2021, progressing from Senior Project Manager to Project Manager. Joe’s earlier experience includes being a Project Manager at American Site Builders and an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Cambridge CM, Inc., where valuable skills were gained in complex projects including campus expansions, major utility relocations, and laboratory new builds. Joe's career began as a Project Engineer at Coffey Construction, contributing to mission-critical infrastructure upgrades. Joe holds a BSc in Construction Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
