Nate Schuman is currently serving as an Assistant Preconstruction Manager at CloudHQ, LLC, since July 2024. Prior experience includes a Project Management Internship at ARCO Design/Build and a Construction Internship at Duke Realty Corporation, where notable contributions involved sustainable industrial construction and preparation for a significant site acquisition. Additionally, Nate gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at ISEC, Inc., working on prestigious projects for various institutions. Earlier in a carpentry role with Carpenter's Local Union 290, skills in construction were further developed. Nate Schuman is pursuing a Master of Architectural Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, along with a Minor in Business Administration focused on Real Estate Finance, all from Penn State University.
