Fadel Hamed

VP, Customer Success at Cloudian

Fadel Hamed is currently the VP of Customer Success at Cloudian. Prior to that, they were with Siemens Healthineers for two years, where they served as Vice President Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for North America National Services, Customer Advocacy, Customer Enablement, Operational Excellence, Machine Data Analytics, and Predictive Support.

Fadel has a track record of leveraging customer facing interactions, collaborations, data platforms and technologies to connect employees, service partners and customers. Fadel is also an experienced quality manager, having overseen U.S. Services compliance activities, maintenance of the quality system, and ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements. Additionally, they have experience in Deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Fadel Hamed has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Fadel also has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a M. Eng in Integrated Manufacturing Engineering from the same school. Fadel Hamed's undergraduate degree is a BS in Mechanical Engineering from San Francisco State University. Fadel also has a certification from Genentech in Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
