David Asulin

David Asulin is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as a Research Manager and Principal Researcher at Cloudinary since January 2019, focusing on computer vision, generative AI, and deep learning algorithms. Previously, at IBM from 2015 to 2019, David led a machine learning research team, developing algorithms for behavioral analytics, fraud detection, and identity verification. David's earlier experience includes leading a group of developers at the Israel Defense Forces from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed GIS, data analysis, and software engineering, utilizing C++ and MATLAB. David holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
