Jackie Rosenzveig is a seasoned professional in technical writing and documentation, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Documentation and Dev Experience at Cloudinary since June 2016. With a focus on documentation as a product and a driver for SaaS growth, Jackie has progressed through various roles at Cloudinary, including Director of Documentation and API and Technical Content Manager. Jackie possesses extensive experience in managing teams, promoting developer experience initiatives, and advocating for developers in collaboration with product and R&D teams.
