James Grace has extensive experience in technical customer success and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Customer Success Manager at Cloudinary since February 2022, James previously held the role of Senior Systems Engineer at Extensis from April 2005 to January 2022, where responsibilities included delivering professional services, training, and workflow optimization for the Portfolio and Universal Type Server product suites. Prior to that, James worked as a Network Administrator at Tafford Manufacturing, managing a corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure. James's career began in the US Army as a Calibration Specialist, focusing on the calibration and repair of diagnostic equipment.
