Shir Kodner

Shir Kodner serves as General Counsel at Cloudinary since December 2021 and has held a similar role at IntSights since February 2021, also serving as Corporate Secretary. Prior to these positions, Shir was Director Of Legal Affairs at Q Cyber Technologies from January 2017 to February 2021 and a Senior Associate at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co from May 2011 to December 2016, specializing in Corporate, M&A, and High-Tech law. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Telecommunication Departments at Herzog Fox & Neeman from March 2007 to August 2009 and as a News Editor and Assignment Editor at Haaretz from July 2005 to March 2007. Shir began the career as Senior Producer at Galei Zahal Radio Station from October 2001 to August 2003. Academic qualifications include an LLM in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford University and an LLB in Law & International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
