Yael Mordoch has extensive experience in customer success and engagement, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader at Cloudinary since December 2017, after progressing through roles such as Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, and Customer Success Manager SMB. Prior to Cloudinary, Yael worked at Visa CAL Israel (ICC) from March 2012 to December 2017, holding positions as an Analyst and Credit Underwriter & Analyst. Additionally, experience as a Recruitment Consultant was gained at Keinan-Sheffy Ltd from July 2011 to March 2012. Yael holds an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies (2010-2012) and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo (2006-2009).
