Yaron Vaxman

Yaron Vaxman is a seasoned professional in deep learning and computer vision, currently serving as Senior Director of Deep Learning at Cloudinary since January 2018, with prior roles including Director and Team Lead in the same field. Previously, Yaron contributed as an Algorithm Developer at 3D Systems Healthcare from July 2015 to January 2018, and served as Head of R&D Section for the Israel Defense Forces, focusing on computer vision R&D from September 2014 to August 2015. Yaron's career also includes positions as Algorithm Engineer and Team Leader in the IDF and a student role as a VHDL compiler developer at Intel. Yaron holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Technion-Machon Technologi Le' Israel.
