Gowthaman Sengottiyan

Gowthaman Sengottiyan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gowthaman started their career at TEXMO INDUSTRIES in India, where they worked as a Production Support Engineer and a Computer Numerical Control Programmer. In these roles, they were responsible for supervising production, improving efficiency, operating factory machines, reading technical drawings, and programming the CNC machine. Gowthaman also gained experience in troubleshooting and resolving design and equipment difficulties.

After TEXMO INDUSTRIES, Gowthaman joined Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. as a Business Owner. Here, they managed the workshop floor, technicians, services, and stores. Gowthaman also handled procurement, payments, and accounting.

Following this, they transitioned to the field of recruitment and worked as a US IT Recruiter at Reveille Technologies, Inc. In this role, their responsibilities included sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening candidates, as well as negotiating rates.

Currently, Gowthaman serves as a Senior Recruiter at Cloudious LLC. Here, they utilize various sourcing techniques, such as cold calling, personal networking, and social media, to identify top passive talent. Gowthaman is involved in the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, qualifying, and negotiating rates.

Throughout their career, Gowthaman has demonstrated adaptability and proficiency in working with different business models, such as Fulltime, C2C, W2, and 1099. Gowthaman is experienced in diverse aspects of their roles, including business management, technical operations, recruitment strategies, and client negotiation.

Gowthaman Sengottiyan completed their education in a chronological manner. Gowthaman attended Valluar Vasuki Higher Secondary School from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in General Mechanist with a focus on General Machinest. Following this, from 2013 to 2017, they went to Pavai College of Technology to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
